I will exhaustively investigate the facts and evidence surrounding the citation, looking first to determine whether the police had probable cause to make a traffic stop. I will interview witnesses and review police records to identify whether the police followed proper procedure, such as giving you the proper warnings before questioning. In DUI cases, I examine whether field sobriety and blood alcohol tests were correctly administered. If there are irregularities, I will seek the exclusion of evidence or the dismissal of charges, if appropriate.
